FAQs
If you are unsure why your Wi-Fi is weak, start with a Wi-Fi Health Check.
If you already bought a router, mesh system, or access point, choose Router / Mesh / AP Installation.
If you want Wi-Fi improved properly across your home, choose Complete Home Wi-Fi Upgrade.
For large, multi-floor, 1 kanal+, renovation, or high-demand homes, Advanced Wi-Fi Survey & Design may be recommended.
For scheduled assessment or design visits, payment may be confirmed before the visit to reserve dedicated time. For installation or complete upgrade jobs, payment terms are discussed before booking. Hardware, cabling, drilling, and mounting costs are quoted separately.
wipaL can recommend and help arrange suitable routers, mesh systems, or access points if required. We do not recommend hardware blindly. First we understand your home layout, floors, walls, router location, usage, and budget. Customers may also purchase hardware from their preferred seller.
Yes. You can buy hardware yourself from your preferred shop or online seller. wipaL can recommend suitable options and then install, configure, and test the setup.
No. Service charges cover assessment, planning, configuration, installation support, or validation depending on the selected service. Hardware, cabling, drilling, mounting, and electrical work are quoted separately.
Hardware installation depends on the selected service and site requirement. In a Wi-Fi Health Check, we identify whether hardware is needed. In Router / Mesh / AP Installation or Complete Home Wi-Fi Upgrade, installation can be included or quoted separately. Hardware cost is not included unless clearly mentioned in the quote.
If the issue appears ISP-side, we document the findings and guide you on the next steps. wipaL focuses on in-home Wi-Fi performance, while the ISP is responsible for internet delivery up to their network/equipment.
Your internet package speed is only one part of performance. Wi-Fi can still be slow because of weak signal, thick walls, router placement, interference, device load, poor mesh/extender placement, or hardware limitations.
Not always. Many issues are caused by placement, interference, wrong extender/mesh placement, or configuration. We recommend new hardware only when the existing setup cannot meet the coverage or stability requirement.
Yes, wipaL helps diagnose and improve upstairs Wi-Fi coverage issues. The right solution may be router relocation, mesh placement, access points, wired backhaul, cabling, or hardware upgrade depending on the home structure.
Extenders often fail when they are placed too far from the main router. If the extender receives weak signal, it repeats weak signal. wipaL checks the correct placement and whether mesh, wired backhaul, or access points are a better option.
Yes. wipaL provides router installation, mesh Wi-Fi installation, access point setup, and home Wi-Fi troubleshooting in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Wi-Fi Health Check usually takes around 1.5–4 hours depending on home size and complexity. Advanced Wi-Fi Survey & Design may take 1–3 days for larger or more complex homes. Installation time depends on hardware, cabling, mounting, and site conditions.
We do not make unrealistic full-coverage or speed guarantees. Wi-Fi performance depends on wall materials, floors, building structure, interference, ISP quality, cabling feasibility, and approved hardware budget. Our goal is measurable improvement, proper design, and realistic expectations.
